DMCA Policy for Wave-Road.com
Wave-Road.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the policy below toward copyright infringement.
How to File a Copyright Infringement Notification (DMCA Notice)
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on Wave-Road.com infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C § 512(c)(3) for further detail):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, a representative list is sufficient.
- Clear identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it on our site (e.g., providing the specific URL(s)).
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Upon receipt of a compliant DMCA notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the infringing material.

Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. To be effective, your counter-notification must be a written communication that includes the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before its removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which Wave-Road.com may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.
If a valid counter-notification is received by our Copyright Agent, we may send a copy to the original complaining party, informing them that we may replace the removed material or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice, at our sole discretion.
Policy on Repeat Infringers
Wave-Road.com takes copyright infringement seriously and will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
